This ending is for the guy who left his sister in the beginning of the game.
He never took anyone out with him. 

You're standing on the bottom (now the top) of the ship, out side of the 
hull. You look around and wonder if anyone else survived. Then, I think, 
some rescuers come up and take you away.

There are a bunch of different endings. They vary by who you chose and 
who you saved. There are some special characters you can save by being 
a certain person. For the one crew member, its the captain. For the man 
who left his sister, its his sister. For the old doctor guy, its his wife.
