In the second round once the "Off The Air" title comes up, whoever is
currently in third place gets struck with lightning until he (or she) 
totally disintegrates (not a bad way of getting out of giving consolation
prizes. A speed round follows next. After the speed round, the second 
place character also gets disintegrated by lightning (leaving only the 
first place character). I can't remember exactly what he says but the 
host says something and the winning character appears in a final screen 
at the end (the game restarts at this point. No returning champions.)
