NBA Hangtime

Summary: I loved NBA Hangtime, just like I expected it to be.
I thought it was going to be that NBA Jam from SNES (that, personally,
was dumb), but I don't know what they did...it got better. I think it's the
head that really looks like the player, or the gameplay that got 100%
better!!! All I know is that this game is the bomb, but it is still 1 of the
8 games for Nintendo 64 (which is the bad thing about the system). I
really liked it, even though I rented it, but I don't think I would buy it!
I already know all codes and stuff about the game, and it is not THAT
different from NBA Jam and NBA Jam T.E. ! So, in conclusion, this game
is good, but just the beginning of the great Nintendo 64!!!
Graphics: 4 out of 5
The graphics were ok, the player's heads were awesome, but it still looks
like a cartoon, a drawing or something.
Music: 4 out of 5
The music was cool, well at least better than the other games. Anyway, the
on halftime and playtime is awesome!!! Guess they didn't slip on that one!
Sound Effects: 3 out of 5
The sound effects aren't boring, but when you play A LOT, you get bored of
the sound effects. The only thing I liked about the sound effects was the
announcer!!! He calls the NEW player by his nickname: Boogieman, Grandpa,
etc.
Gameplay: 4 out of 5
It is EASY to play this game, but when you're even in the easiest level,
the guys beat you BAD, and I hate that!! And the options should have clock:
5 minutes, 10 minutes... instead of a clock speed meter!! I hated that you
control 1 player ONLY ! I wanted to play with both players, because the
computer in my team is dumb as hell !!! I hated that my brother always
stole the ball from the computer player in my team!!
Overall: 4 out of 5
It is the coolest basketball game for Nintendo 64 (only NBA Hangtime. Ehehe)
and I recommend that you RENT the game! If you have 4 controllers: GREAT !!
I'm inviting this kid so we could play 4 players! If you buy it, you'll get
bored and you won't play anymore. So rent it, and enjoy!!
