The final operation is Mystic Tiger. It is located in the Horizone Ark. After 
going through the bio dome, you go through a series of long hallways. There 
are few enemies. There is one difficult room with people shooting you from
above. After that it's easy. Go up a staircase and you will find Brightling,
cowering like a baby. All it does after that is debriefs you and your done.
