A very short video clip that shows a couple of mammoth tanks and a 
squadron of Orcas heading towards the Temple of NOD.  Then it shows 
Caine inside, hunched over a control panel and he's looking at the ground. 
Then you see Caine from behind just as the ion cannon blows a large hole
in the ceiling and slowly moves toward Caine until the entire screen is blue.

It starts off with you in some futuristic looking thingy and getting a 
message from Caine congratulating you on your success, then it goes 
from there to the GDI control station interface for the ion cannon.  Then 
a pretty view of the capitol building in DC.  Then the ion cannon put a 
large hole in the top of the dome.
