Go to level 2 and go to R.C. When you start the race [without boosters], make
sure you get in front of him, keep running until he comes up behind you, then
run into him. He will stop. Keep running, and when you see him again, run into
him. Make sure he doesn't pass you. Keep doing this until you finish the race.
Always stop before the quick sand, wait for him, and hit him. If you don't hit
him, he may drive under you while you are in the air. Using this technique, you
should be able to beat him without boosters.
