At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right.
If you have done this correctly you will hear "excellent."  Start the game 
and if you want to skip a level, pause the game and press B and C
simultaneously.


Never Overheat
If you have a rapid-fire controller, enable rapid-fire for the game's fire 
button.  When you shoot your machine gun, the heat indicator will not move.
