Level Select
Hold Up-Left and A on Controller Two when you turn the game on.  While 
holding these, press Start on Controller One, and select a one-player game.
After hitting Start, you'll see the words "Round 1", use Right and Left to 
select a level, then press Start (you can't get to level 6 this way).
