Enter the Options screen and select "Arcade Mode". Now hold Left, B, and 
Start simultaneously.  A number will appear in the Upper Left-hand corner 
of the screen.  Press Up and Down to choose your Starting level.


More Continues
Enter the Options screen and select "Arcade Mode."  Hold Down and Left on 
the controller.  The characters should spin continuously.  As you do this, 
press A and C.  Now let all the buttons go and press Start.  You should have 
nine continues.
