Unlimited Lives
To never run out of lives, enter the Starting world in the Options screen 
as "LTUS".  Then Start the game with any other options desired.  When 
you die, you will always come back with nine lives.


Skip Level
Enable unlimited lives.  Press A and Start at the same time to skip the 
current level.
