Go to the options screen.  With Controller Two, enter C, Up, Right, Down, 
Left, A, Right, Down.  You should hear a power-Up sound.  Now, Start the 
game.  If you pause the game and hit C, A, B, you should get some vertical 
green lines.  Un-pause the game, and you will go to the next level.
