After defeating the final boss, you have to dive at the leader's escaping 
helicopter and shoot him through the cockpit. This done, the base explodes 
60 seconds later and you have to escape. If successful, you and your partner 
grab a hold of a passing helicopter and escape the floating fortress just 
before it explodes.
