For a Stage Select, do the following once the Title Screen has 
completely appeared. Press B, B, B, B, B, B, B, B, A, A, A, A, A, A, 
A, A, then press B for each Level minus 1 that you want to skip, for 
example, press B 3 times for Stage 4. Then press Start.
