I recently bought an fc twin and I love it. I picked up 10 old nintendo and super nintendo games for 25 bucks. Everything works well. would highly reccommend it.

I never heard of this before so i bought it. works good and i dont have to deal with it messing up every 10 mins. worst problem so far is the controller cords are really short other than that its all good.

I really wanted to play old school nintendo games, but was worried about paying for a 20 year old used unit. how long would it last? How much would it cost to repair if it could be fixed? So I opted for the FC twin because I wanted a new system. But it was also a great bonus that it plays both the regular nintendo as well as the super nintendo games... for the price of 1 game unit. So far everything is working great and I'm very pleased. The only downside is that the "duck hunt" gun doesn't fit in the controller slot for this game console- I have yet to find any type of converter piece for it or a gun that was made to fit this unit. So play away- just not any shooting games.

Works perfectly. The controllers are very similar to SNES controllers, perhaps a bit lighter but very comfortable and more to my tastes than the Wii classic controller.
I was able to bust out my box of NES and SNES games and they all worked--no blowing, jiggling or voodoo rituals. They just worked.
A few of the games needed some coaxing though. If you get scrambled graphics, try cleaning the contacts on the cartridge with a Q-tip.

If you've damaged or lost or just thrown away your nintendo or SNES console this WILL do the job. There are some games for which it is incompatible but not many. You can find out what works and doesn't on wikipedia. Nintendo should've thought of this, combining both systems but from what I here they might raid your house if you've bought this system
