Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - A good beginners gun game. Worth the price

An O.K. gun game. But it gets old fast then not yse.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - It's OK, but can't be used with rechargeable remotes.
As others have said, it works fine, felt nice in my hands, the included crossbow game was ok, but it is annoying to have to remove the charger cover and battery pack and replace them with the regular batteries and cover each time you want to switch games. I have an environmental thing about disposable batteries so I prefer to use the charger, which means to use this I'll have to remember to charge batteries in a standard charger instead of just plopping the remote into the cradle after use. Meh.

On the other hand, I get bored easily so maybe it wouldn't be so annoying for someone who can spend hours-days-weeks playing the same game. The gun works great with Medal of Honor Heroes 2, but isn't really necessary so it's up to the gamer. I go back and forth between this and boxing and some two-player things that require both remotes.

If you prefer an arcade-style gun and you play for hours at a time-- or you're still using old-style batteries, for that matter-- it may be worth it to you. Ours went back in the box after a few tries because it wasn't worth it to us. It is a good price for a game alone, though, so I don't feel we wasted any money.

once you get used to shooting with the trigger in your other hand it is kinda fun

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - If you like target shooting or shoot-em-ups, then this is great!
I like to shoot things. :) I haven't made it up to doing skeet shooting or anything that involves actually messing with firearms, but if it involves aiming, I'll probably enjoy it (archery, darts, baseball, golf... well, close enough...). That being said, I loved the Crossbow Training game! I found the peripheral easy to use and fairly intuitive. I've seen some reviewers that commented that the "trigger" was in the wrong place for a pistol. While this may be the case, it is in about the right place for a crossbow.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Game is as expected, unexpected minor hardware difficulty
This is a point and shoot game with the "crossbow" holding the two parts of the Wiimote together. It's not a great game, but it's what I envisioned when I ordered this. The Crossbow seems to do what it is supposed to as well, but the cord between the two is somewhat unwieldy and has to be wrapped around the handle a few times to keep it from becoming bothersome. One annoying problem I found immediately is that it DOES NOT work with the NYKO battery covers from the NYKO Wii Charge Station. For those of us who bought the charge base, you will need the original covers for your Wiimote to fit it properly into the crossbow. The combo, though, is fun but definitely not a must have.
