Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Wii MLB Power Pros
This is a terrific game, although I personally think all or almost all of the Wii games an characters need a little bit more improvement or sharpen them, it is really fun and you could do a lot of things with this game. A great opportunity to have fun and share with family and friends.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - fun game
My son loves baseball and he and his dad have fun with this game. I like that your miis can be in this game as well. If you love the baseball game on the wii sports you will like this game.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Unforgiveable
This game has high reviews. I thought it would be the best of both worlds- good for adults & kids.

I started by importing my Mii's. However, this game's controls were not as intuitive or responsive as Wii Sports. OK.

Next I tried to simply create a player for an exhibition game. After over an hour, I gave up. The menu system is unforgiving, inflexible, & again counter-intuitive.

Based on the other reviews, I can understand that this game might appeal to very patient, hardcore baseball fans. Not for me, though.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - MLB Power Pros: Graphically Simple, Technically Deep.
MLB Power Pros, a US port of a long-running series in Japan, is possibly the deepest baseball experience available for any console, current or past. There are 40+ real pitch varieties, hundreds of attributes for pitchers and fielders, a solid Season mode for the armchair manager, and a very fun "Success mode", which is in the vein of a story-based RPG, and used to create players.

Gameplay is fast-paced, but like the rest of the package, technically deep. All of the player subs, infield and outfield adjustments and bullpen trickery one would expect in a good baseball game are here. The announcer is pretty repetitive and a bit obnoxiously over-excited, but nothing the sports gamer isn't used to by now.

The graphics and presentation may make it seem like kid stuff, but it most certainly is not. From the moment you turn it on, it's gathering stats. What other game on the market tracks and ranks players by most "Walk-Off Come-From-Behind Grand Slam Home Runs With Two Outs"? That is an actual statistic from the game. It's a baseball lover's dream.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Fun for Son & Pops! Wii baseball gameplay but better!
My 6yr old son and I can play (competively) and have a lot of fun with this game. Unlike Wii Sports baseball this version requires you to 'shake' the controls to speed up fielding/baserunning.

Not an XBox-type simulator but packed full of touches that bring the ballpark to your gameroom.

Highly recommended!
