My son is an avid Pokemon fan. He has played every game out there. This one was put at the top of the list. He received it on Christmas and still hasn't stopped playing. I am very impressed with the level of complexity and adventure. I recommend this to any age and gender.

This game is very fun. Before you beat Rayquaza, the game's fun, but after? YES! You can play as different Pokemon,including Legendary Pokemon. I just recently recruited a Zapdos onto my team, and it is my strongest Pokemon at level 45! It takes a while to recruit the legendaries, but its worth it! You can do more than ever thought in this game, and if the starter Pokemon there are not your forte, that beat the game and recruit your favorite Pokemon and you can play as it! Very very very fun game! A must buy for DS owners!

I have to say that this is a really fun game. The graphics are up to date, and I love that you can be a pokemon instead of a trainer. It is a hard to put down game. Its fun to do the quiz at the start to see what pokemon you and your partner are. I especially love the story. There are almnost an endless amount of missions, and there are even more dungeons after you beat the game. After you beat the game, you can practically be any pokemon that you have befriended. This is a great game, but it can get repetitive sometimes, but I still love it.

My daughter is only allowed to play with her DS for a short time every day. She has chosen this game every time!
