this thing is cool. The one bad thing about it is it only comes with instrutions for 1 robot(the trybot) wich is dumb! but as far as the scincers go it's cool.

As soon as you open the Lego Mindstorms NXT box you'll notice that this product is more than a toy, you realize that it would take part of your imagination and creativity to achieve the robot of your dreams with all the lego technic pieces, sensors and motors you get.
I recommend this product to all robot fans! I'm sure you'll feel very happy and proud of yourself when you see your first walking robot. I think it is a good start for creating more complex robots and let your engineer brain out!

This is a really good educational toy for the parents that want a child to learn technology.
When combined with other Lego pieces the creations are endless.

I bought this for my 9 year old son half expecting another toy that didn't work as advertised, but this one delivers - very cool. For a nine year old, it still takes some adult help, but I find myself playing with it.

Great toy that engages my 10 year old son both mentally and physically. He likes building, programming and showing what his latest create can do. The projects can be as basic or complicated as he wants to make them. He is looking forward to attending a robot camp to see some more examples of what others have built.
