Amazon is great and I recieved exactly what I ordered!! On the OTHER hand Microsoft is very uncooperative if you ever have to send a part in for repair. We bought our Xbox 360 in Sept, the hard drive broke in Oct and we sent it in to be repaired. After 4 months and no help whatsoever from the customer service/repair centers we finally bought a new one. We filed a claim with the post office for lost items and even they couldn't get the centers to respond to our request. I have never had a problem with my Sony Playstaions...never. I for one will not be buying any thing else from Microsoft except the windows products.Xbox 360 20GB Hard Drive

The pricing is absolutely ridiculous as a stand alone item. You can get quality hard drives with over 100 GB of memory for the same price. There isn't much you can do about it though since you'll need a hard drive to take advantage of the system's full functionalities and Microsoft knows this. They are using the margins they make off these hard drives to offset their costs incurred elsewhere.
