Hi, my name is Kate, and I'm currently writing a review of my favorite game in the world. I came across it when a friend of mine showed me her A Wonderful Life. I thought it sounded pretty interesting, so I went to the video store and rented this one. I didn't really like it, because:
1: My cow got sick and wouldn't get better.
2: I had done everything! Rock had 4 hearts in his diary, and I showed him my blue feather a million times. But he just laughed at me and said "That makes me want to fly like a bird". How lame is that?
3: I had spent all my $$$ on a chicken.
So I returned it. But later, I was at the hospital (I wasn't sick. It was just a checkup) and they had a demo of the game in the waiting room. I realized how much I missed the game, so after the checkup, my mom and I went down to the video store and...
*crying* THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT!!! :( (Note: There are not enough sad faces and exclamation marks in the world to describe my extreme disappointment)
So I checked Blockbuster and they didn't have it either. But then came EB Games! They had it, and my mom got it for me (I traded in a Bratz video game that I didn't play anymore). And this time I loved it. Here's my feedback on the available guys:
Rock: Kind of dumb and ignorant, flirts with other girls (Sorry, Rock fans!). But I might give him another chance someday. If I do, I'll probably name our baby Thomas.
Gustafa: He might not exactly look like Prince Charming, but just you wait and see! He's poetic, charming, shy, and accepts the blue feather as soon as you give it to him. His baby is really cute. I'm currently married to him and my baby's name is Matt.
Marlin: I don't have anything to say about him...
Oh, BTW, never show a guy your blue feather unless he has 4 hearts in his diary.
Overall, this is the best game ever and if I could, I would give it ten thousand nine million 301 stars. But, I can only do five *sob*.

This game is very fun but lacks in activities you can do. For instance, it doesn't have any vast caves to explore for ores nor does it have any village interaction for festivities. You only get to choose from 3 bachelors. And most of all you have to continuously fertilize and water more than once a day to have a crop grow. Besides these aspects the rest can be fun like taking care of your animals. Riding your horse. Wearing different outfits. Playing records. Most fun is the cooking. I also especially like the mirror mirror on the wall. Hope this helps someone out on buying this. If you like Harvest Moon games then you will want this as a must have to your collection. If you like fishing then you most definitely need to get River King from these creators. I really love it.
