- Some sellers may mislead you! Beware.BEWARE! Item you get may not be the one pictured! I am so happy I read these reviews before buying this for my son. This is now the second web store(maybe more as I don't know which stores the reviewers are referring to) that has advertised the action replay MAX yet delivering the new one where you can't add codes! What the heck? The other website even shows a video of how to use the action replay MAx(it's pictured and everything) but then sells you the new one. How helpful.:( An unsuspecting buyer might not think that there is a difference if they don't know that the one you actually get can't have codes added. The awful thing is, I fell for this once- I bought my son the new action reply that doesn't let you know on it's packaging that you can't add codes, my son was upset since the reason he wanted it was to add codes so I started searching for the old one- MAX. E-Bay had one for $129.99! Nope, can't afford that, so I bought this one thinking it was the MAX, as they advertise it, and then read some comments and found that some of the sellers were actaully delivering the new one so I was lucky enough to cancel it. I would have been really, really angry if I was duped twice. Shame on the guilty sellers!!! Now, I don't know if every seller listed is dishonest, but I advise you to ask the seller before buying it if it the new one or the MAX action replay. And shame on Datel for not clearly labeling the new action replay's package with information that is crucial for most gameers!
