This game is a ton of fun. I suggest either getting it instead of Saphire, or visa-versa. I say this because playing one after beating the other feels kind of strange because your enemy team swicthes. I think it is the opposite of educational because before I started playing it I was helping around the house and now I am making my mom get me a lollipop while I struggle to catch Raquazza.

I think the new Pokemon games are stupid because the new pokemon on ruby and sapphire are no good I mean what is Nintendo possibly thinking anyway.

Pokemon ruby is awsome! The graphics are great and the game is challenging and you can choose the evil team you want to play instead of team rocket. If you choose ruby you fight team magma. If you choose saphire you fight team aqua. You can also enter a contest in smartnes, coolness, cuteness, toughness I think ther is more but that is what I remember.

all right first of all the grapics arenot very good in the older games but these are way better.new starter pokemon 8 lengedary pokemon new citys new pokemon and new gyms everthing is new.
