Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Pajama Sam rules
My children have loved Pajama Sam for years. They're now 7,8, and 10 and they're still interested in getting the latest versions. Pajama Sam proves that kids can enjoy games without guns and violence. He's cute, he's hip, and he's funny. My favorite thing about this game is that it all takes place inside Pajama Sam's closet, and it's a mess - dirty socks and all.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Smart!
One of our first computer games. My son was hooked! It is very smart, really flexes the kids' brain muscles. My son could beat it, and I couldn't. We're getting more from this series.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Yes it's 5 stars, but just
Pajama Sam seems to get more credit than it deserves. Yes your child will probably like it, play it, and learn a lot of problem solving strategies from it but itfs not the best. I gave it five stars but it's missing something. It doesn't have the simple beauty that some educational programs have (like Ollo and Clifford do). It's a little bit cluttered and chaotic. Don't get me wrong, it's better than most of the games out there but I think it's overrated. Its defects are probably due to it being one of the older programs out there.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - ethans favorite
I gave this to my three year old for christmas as he loved the other two pajama sams. This one is his current favorite and he plays it at least once a week.
All the kids enjoy mixing the potions and watching what happens.
Plenty of fun click points for kids who like them.
There is the extra puzzle of finding all the socks and matching them into pairs, some socks are hard to find especially the red ones in the mine that you have to grab as you speed by, parents will have to help with this one. A good game for learning to look for tiny details.
It is a great game with plenty of replayability and with the message that darkness isnt frightening at all, great for kids who are scared of the dark,
Changes a little every time you play.
You have three things to find, the lunchbox, the flashlight and the mask and each has two places it can be hidden, with a different set of puzzles for each hiding spot. First you must find them in Sams bedroom, then you loose them in the land of darkness and have to find them again.
As in the other games there are puzzles you met every time as well as the puzzles that change depending on the game paths you meet.
For older kids tell them to hunt out the worm game hidden in the mine, as parents you will remember this one as one of the early type of computer games you used to play when computers were the new toy in town.
You can save your games to finish later a plus with any game of this type.
Overall its a fun game that kids will love and so will there parents and the kids wont notice that they are learning to think and remember.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Game
My kids love playing this game. They have played it through at least 3 times, sometimes alone and sometimes together or with friends. Even my husband and I have to admit that we loved playing it with the kids. It is so innocent--Pajama Sam is such a nice character. It is interesting and funny for the kids and has some cute references that my husband and I "got" but the kids did not. I find myself buying this game, and the related Spy Fox & Freddi Fish games, over and over again as birthday gifts for my kids' friends. I strongly recommend this game.
