Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good, but get the 251
The Memory Card 59 is a good memory card. It does what it is supposed to do, it saves your game. I've had the GameCube and the memory card since 11/01 and it has never lost any of my files. That is the upside. However, the Memory Card 251, also made by Nintendo and therefore of great quality, has more than four times the space of the 59 and... To get that much more room... I'd go with the Memory Card 251.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - If you have a GameCube, you need one of these!
Everything a memory card should be! It is a very important thing though, so you should buy this with your GameCube. Since it is called Memory Card 59 it has 59 slots of data. The only thing is that GameCube is not like PS1 or some other systems. All games are not 1 block..Some are up to 20 blocks...To access the memory card, when you turn on your GameCube system, hold down the A button and then the screen should pop up. This memory card does its job and I recommend it... I hope this was helpfull.

Thanks,

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Get the Memory Card 251 instead
The Memory Card 251 from Ninendo is now available. It stores more than four times the amount of the 59 and it's only 5 bucks more.

Stay away from GC memory cards not made by Nintendo.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Decent Memory Card
What is there to say? It's a memory card with 59 blocks. You need one to save files on Gamecube since they did away with the cartridges. This card is inexpensive and saves a good amount of files.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Memory Card 59
It's ok but it would be better if it would have more space.
