First off, this game is really outdated. There should be no person actually considering buying this game at this point in time.
When I got this console, I was very disappointed, for it is a big step down from the gameboy color I own. The screen was dark, visible only in high light, and only from awkward angles. I bouth some accessories to help me view this, and they helped little (mind you, I have a history of good eyesight).
As far as the games go, I found that there were literally only two that peaked my interest. While this may just be my tastes, I found that the advange of "backwards play" (being able to play games from the original system) was of no help, for the screen quality was so poor it was not worth it.
If you are interested in buying a system, I suggest the Ninento DS. It can play all the games of the GBA, though not the gameboy color, and has the dual screen feature. It has its own disads (which you can find in the Ninedo reviews), but It was definately worth more than this system.

This Gameboy Advance came very promptly and in great condition. We were suprised to find in addition to the listed shark lite there was also a plug attachment that eliminate the use of batteries. Thank you so much my child really gets a lot of continuous fun out of this!

I love my GBA! It is a lot of fun! Ok first of all do not buy the GBA SP it costs 80.00 and I just picked up my GBA for only 20.00! The only reason it is more expensive is because of a backlight. Most of the time I have no trouble at all seeing the screen of my GBA. But when I do play in the dark I just use a light shield attachment that I bout for only 5.00. So basically This is the same as the SP just a little older but it still plays the exact same games. Another think I like about my GBA is the size and shape, it fits my hands perfectly. Unlike the GBA SP, which I also used to own, which is so small and does not feel right in your hands at all. Another advantage over the Sp is it takes normal AA batteries unlike the Sp that has a rechargeable battery which by the way holds only a couple hours of life and even less if you play with the light on. I think it is better just to use regular batteries because what if you are on the go and your SP battery dies? If that happens you have no place to charge it. But with the GBA just pop in some new batteries and play some more. The last thing I dislike about the SP is it has no headphone jack. Sure you can buy an adaptor for it but you shouldn't have to it should come built in. Plus the adaptor hooks into the link cable port so you can't use a link cable while using the head phones. So believe me when I say The GBA is much better than the SP, I have had experience with both and the only advantage over the GBA is a back light. I am not going to tell you what to buy but I think it is better to pick up a GBA than waste 60.00 more on a system that plays the exact same games. SO why waste the money? I hope my review was helpful to you.

This Game Boy Advance is totally cool, but the problem with it is it has no light. The light inside the Game Boy is dark and it's not good in the dark. But the games on the Game Boy are wonderful. I would rather get a
Nintendo DS Light or an Game Boy Advance SP,because they have wonderful light. I think Nintendo needs to create something with better light.

This is the original game boy advance that inspired the SP, this Game Boy Advance plays all of the games for the SP. If you are planning on buying the Game Boy Advance Indigo make sure you get a Pokèmon or Monster Trucks game. These games are really fun to play, and the controls are basic. There have been rumors that say you can go on the internet from your Game Boy, but these rumors aren't true!!!!!!!!!!!Make sure you get this Game Boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
