my son is so excited to start riding this bike however my teenage son tried to put the bike together and did it wrong. Now I have to take it to a bike store and get it fixed the right way!!!! LOVE IT though

Radio Flyers are known for their quality - sturdy and well made. The only problem I had was of my own doing. By the time I got my 2 year old one of these, she was ready to ride it and I didn't really need the handle. It comes off easily so thats not a big issue... just something to think about if you want this model. There is a stub that the handle clicks on to that I removed (simple with 2 screws) so that she wouldn't accidentally fall on it, or whatever. Great bike overall.

This tricycle is great for young kids learning to pedal and steer. The push handle allows an adult to control direction and speed and the little one to join in on family walks and outings. And the Radio Flyer reminds me of being a kid, myself!

I read other reviews on this tricycle prior to purchasing. I agree about the seat not sitting perfectly straight but I think it bothers me more than my son. I love the push bar. This seems to be the only tricycle small enough for my son to reach the peddles as he is a little short at just under two years old.

I think this is an adorable trike. However I was lead to beleive by the picture that you would be able to steer the trike using the push handle. This is not the case. If the child is learning to pedal and steer it is not a useful toy as you need to navigate for them. We bought a different Radio Flier for our son and we were able to steer it from the push handle so we beleived it would be the same.
