I have nothing but good things to say about this game. Its by far one of the greatest games I've ever played. The worlds are huge and they look incredible. The game play is uncomparable to anything else out there. There are loads of tricky puzzles to figure out. The story is amazing. The sound is great. Fighting and destroying your enemies has never been so intense. You'll find yourself looking foward to getting time alone so you can play it. THIS GAME IS A MUST BUY. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...........

Wow! I can't believe that I didn't get this game sooner. I was starting to think that, though Dreamcast is large and in charge with their sports offerings, they were not going to produce on the 1 player action games...Boy, was I wrong!
This game is sweet! Everything from the graphics- to the gameplay-to the story is very well done. I am a big fan of Tomb Raider, so I guess I expected Eidos to step up with a good Dreamcast offering, but this far surpasses my expectations.
I really don't like chiming in when I have nothing new to add...but if you're considering buying this game, and this review motivates you to do so, great! I'm sure that you won't at all regret it. In fact, you'll probably feel compelled to reiterate what everyone else has said...That this game ROCKS!

If you thought that the Tomb Raider games were fun, then you're in for a real treat! Soul Reaver is packed with action, puzzles, and some of the sharpest graphics yet on the Dreamcast! Plenty of places to explore, skills to be learned, and items to be found! All this, and you will find that the game itself has virtually no load time! Definately a must-have for any Dreamcast owner!

This game is surely the best of it's style. I actually thougt the same thing when i played the playstation version, but this one is definetely the true version of this fantastic game. In the dreamcast, Raziel's moviments are much faster and more realistic. The graphics are completely improved showing the 128-bit full power. There are almost 40 hours of continuous gameplay full of incredible creatures and great puzzles. You must switch from physical world to material world and vice versa to get througt all these 40 hours.Everytime you kill a boss, you receive new powers such as climbing skills, light swords among others. This is the best game of the style and it's surely a must-have buy it if you have the chance.

If you are looking for a great involving adventure game this is it. The graphics are some of the best I have ever seen on any system and the story is the best that I've experienced since Zelda 64. The game just sucks you in, I've actually caught myself planning my day around times I can play. The puzzles are well done and the levels give you a real sense of discovery. It gives the game a good flow, it never gets boring. I bought this game to pass the time till Resident Evil:code veronica, now I wonder If Resident Evil will be better. Bottom line: THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST GAMES ON THE DREAMCAST! IT BELONGS IN YOUR COLLECTION!
