I own a ps2 and recently bought a dreamcast. So I am trying to get all the good games brand new while I can. Boy I am glad I found this one. This game is action packed with good graphics. Much better better than resident evil , they dont even compare.

This game is cool! It is one of the best action adventure games out there! This game is almost like a shenmue, except not as detaled. There are also tons of items you can pick up. So stop reading and BUY! BUY! BUY!

Blue Stinger I think is a must own for anyone with a Dreamcast this game is an action game and a survival horror game the first time you complete this game is the best you can complete it many times but you already know whats going to happen Some bad things about this game are their is some annoying music you have to put up with and you end up killing the same mosters over and over again Their is so much more to say about this game but I'll let you figure them out buy this game

Blue Stinger is at first kinda stupid and boring becuase you don't have any weapons except your bare hands. But once you get farther into the game and have a weapon (a gun) it is pretty fun. For example some of the weapons you can have are: naplam guns, bow guns, bazookas, etc., So if at first you are getting bored and feel that this game is stupid, just keep on playing and it will get better and better!

Not to start any great angry debate, but sometimes I really wonder how some people who like a completely horrible movie, cd, or, in this case, video game, can not only love it but extol what they see as its virtues to the world, as those who apparently loved this game did here in their reviews.
I long thought about buying this game, since it first was released, actually. Finally, I saw it recently for only ten dollars, but bought Virtua Tennis instead, thinking I'd purchase it at a later date.
In the meantime, I got around to renting it. And all I can say is, thank God I spent that ten dollars on Virtua Tennis instead.
I am baffled by the customer reviews, and one or two professional reviews from video game web sites, which praise the graphics of this game very highly. Simply put, the graphics [stink]. The characters, in game and during the FMV sequences, are poorly and crudely drawn. The environments they run through are boring as can be, looking only slightly more developed than an early 3-d architecture software cd. You can run for miles through these landscapes and never see a hallway, ship deck, or lab that looks even remotely different than the hundreds you've gone through already.
The story is an abysmal joke. Confusing when it isn't dull.
The game play is even worse. The one reviewer was absolutely correct. Come to a door. You need a key you're informed. Look to your left, two feet away from the door. A dead body with a glittering object beside it. Approach it and hit the "action" button. You found the key for this door, you're told. That was difficult and challenging.
At a certain point in the game you meet up with a sailor. A ship's captain. Funny thing is, he's right beside you from then on in every FMV sequence, but, the moment they're over and you're into the actual game play, he has vanished into thin air. Then after awhile another FMV sequence and "poof", there he is again, as if he'd never left. That's realistic...
After playing as much as I could stand I promptly returned it to where I'd rented it from, once again thanking my lucky stars I decided to rent before buying.
But in truth, not even worth a rental. Rent any of the Resident Evil series, or Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare instead. Those games have their flaws too, but they don't, well, you know... [stink].
