The game shark pro is awesome ! If your tired of getting stuck right before the end of a level, OR running out of ammo to fast WELL then you should get one. It can make you invincible, invisable, give you all guns, infinate ammo, and more! bEST OF ALL YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN CHEAT CODES !! HOWEVER MINE BROKE WITHEN 3-4 MONTHS OF PURCHASING IT.

1st Good News,This thing is great! It can get you out of anything. And the best part is, you can make your own codes.
Bad News,It breaks,after 1-2 months of use it breaks.

The gameshark is an excellent tool you can use to beat those games that are just too hard or mess around in games that you have already mastered. The gameshark comes with a lot of games and codes already in its memory, and you can always add more( the internet has TONS of codes). It is essential for anyone with an old and/or unbeatable game.
Now the bad news: the gameshark has a nasty tendency to erase your most precious save files and sometimes will mess up the graphics. It will sometimes also freeze games. Another problem is that a lot of newer games won't work with older gamesharks, so you are constantly forced to upgrade (spending hard-earned $$$). This is actually because Nintendo puts blocks into its cartridges so gamesharks won't work. Thus, Interact has to create newer versions to bypass the block (Nintendo does this to try to discourage you to buy gamesharks. They have hated cheat devices since the game genie on the NES).
Despite these setbacks the gameshark is a good product. The cheats range from the highly useful invincibility codes in many games to the nearly useless ability to get rid of the backgrounds in Goldeneye 007. All in all, a very useful product, despite its problems.

This thing is nothing but trouble. It doesn't always work, but when it actually does, it only works for one of the games I have. It is very helpful for that one game though. But overall, it is a big waste of your money, time, and effort!

I traded up my original gameshark to this. Basically It has more games, but still missing quite a few. It will serve as great help in Goldeneye and Mario. There looks like a parrallel port can plug into the gameshark which could possibly download codes from the computer into the gameshark, but I can't find the software to do this anywhere. Walking on hot coals is more enjoyable than entering the codes manually. They couldn't make a more painful proceedure to do that. Once you do it, and it works it's great. But If I pay 50 bucks for a product, I don't want to work some more to get the codes. It should come with a cable and software to download the codes to the gameshark. It would also help if the code wasn't like 8 million characters long!!!!!
