This thing is a piece of crap! It absolutely insults the Sega Dreamcast's beautiful graphics and sound. Only buy this if you are forced to! By that I mean having an old TV set. Buy the VGA box instead for a hook-up to your PC monitor. Do not buy this product!

I had to get this 'cause the TV in my room is kinda old. I could have spent the money on something else like a VMU. Only buy if you have an old TV.

If you are using your Dreamcast with an older TV that doesn't have A/V jacks, then the RF converter is the only way you can connect your DC. Definately worth the price. But keep in mind, you won't be able to experience stereo sound. Dreamcast's dazzling graphics will tend to be fuzzier than normal.

Umm....I can't believe I'm writing a review for an RF adapter.Let me put it this way,it's a high quality converter for those that don't have audio and video plugs for their TV/VCR.It got 1 start for fun because,lets face it,what can you do with an RF cable?But plug it into a dreamcast,and it jumps up to 5 stars.Kind of a deceptive review,but its true.Again,it only got 1 star for educational purposes because what can you learn from an RF switch,but if the software is made right for the Dreamcast,it could be very educational.
