Is there lots of loading? Slowdown? Loss of frames? No, this isn't PlayStation. The loading is lighting quick, faster than the Saturn version of Marvel Vs SF. Slowdown, yes I have seen slowdown on in the Dreamcast version, but I also have seen it in the arcade. Besides, there isn't much and it almost never happens. The frames are all here, and the game is fluid as the arcade. Graphically speaking, the game is beautiful. The backgrounds are vibrant and colorful. They are razor sharp and the characters are beautifully drawn. What more can I say? oh yea, GET AN ARCADE STICK, the DC's standard pad plays like crap

It is a great title but I'm a little dissapointed. I think it was just a bit overhyped. BUT, this is a great party game, fast gameplay and lots of colours, still recommended.

Wow! I mean, wow! This game is the best there is in 2-D fighting games. Sure the graphics aren't 3-D and all flashy and nice looking, but Capcom totally makes up for that! The ludicrous speed and the sprite heaven is just too much for any other system to handle. The game is totally flaw-less in terms of smoothless and gameplay. BUT! and listen cause this is a big BUT. But, if you buy this game you MUST, I say MUST, buy the arcade stick. Well, then again I'm a Capcom and 2-D thriller fan so Soul Caliber lovers won't be too excited about this... Oh well! And guess what? It has all the arcade features packed in it, with a few suprises! One down side: You cannot perform Jin's Saotome Fire. (a move when he taunts and he catches on fire) But thats only a minor flaw. Overall: I love it. Plain and simple. I love it.

All I Can Say Is That This IS A Great Game. It is almost an exact replica of the arcade. Buy this game as soon as possible all you SF fans. The crossover mode is great and the lightning fast speed is great for experienced fighters. You can easily learn this game with training mode but this may not be a good game for rookies.

Like every game there are pros & cons. Pros of this game is 1) the many cool characters you get to play with 2) the many options you have 3) challenge. The cons of the game are 1)poor graphics compared to soul caliber ( actually most games compared to soul caliber have poor graphics) They could have done a better job of utilizing the power of the dreamcast, but didn't. 2) sound kinda sucks too. My recommendation: rent it before you decide to buy. I wish i did.
