... One donut or two? RS is one of the top five games for the N64. Huge selection of ships, lots of secret ones too, a large variety of missions and great graphics. I don't have a RAM pack but after awhile I just stopped noticing some small break-ups. Its fun, involving and challenging. Big replay value. The final levels are extremely hard. Although the ending is a HUGE rip-off, the rest of the game is top notch.

This is definitely a good flight sim. There are lots of different kinds of levels, cool enemies, some awfully darn hard traps, and everything else you can think of. In it, you can fly an X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing, V-Wing, and a snowspeeder. Each one has a special weapon used for its own purposes. I think it really deserves five stars.

Rogue Squadron is one of the funnest games that I own for my Nintendo 64. It is exciting to pilot all of your favorite Star Wars starfighters. And yes, you can bring down a walker flying clockwise, which the "cons" sections says you cant. just use your right airbrakes. And against another thing in the "cons" section, even though its not the real voices, the voices of Luke Han and others sounds pretty convincing. If you are a Great Star Wars fan, you should buy this game. It has excellent graphics, even without the 4MB Expansion Pak, and its easy to catch on to. The storyline is also authentic. The gameplay is great.

If you are a true Star Wars Fan, then you must have this game. The story line is real good, and it actually gives you plenty of information from the movies. The special effects and graphic detail (with the expansion pak) are real good.
I think that two of the major cons are that 1)the game does not have a multiplayer mode and 2)I really expected more from the "Death Star Trench" level. The truth is that that level has NOTHING to do with the Death Star trench run. Rebel Assault's level is much better.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron is one of the best games I have played, the sound is wonderful, the game keeps you intrested, and the gameplay is extremly good. Then we come to the best part of all... The graphics. Well thought environments pop out in each level, and you see the rebel ship cruising across the land as some TIE interceptors cut it off and attempt to destroy it. This game is simply captivating, and the bonus levels you earn as you become better at the game and recieve new medals keep you intrested. So weather you are escorting a convoy of rebel supplies across imperial territory, rescuing rebels from desolate prisons, destroying an imperial base, or Tripping up an AT-AT with your TOW cable; Star wars Rogue Squadron is a definate winner for anyone.
