Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - JUNK
My guide is missing the maps for Nagrand, many of the items I've found are not listed in the item database, and it lists junk from the old world that nobody cares about. The guide has a few useful things, but overall it really is poor. The organization is BS, and this just seems rushed out the door to meet the BC release date. Stay away from this garbage.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - You are better off alt-tabbing for websites
Well, I was enthusiastic about this because I thought "Finally, I'll have the scoop on where things are and where to go and what to do". Nope. This book is 80% useless. It has maps of the instances which are 1/16th of a page. It doesnt have drops for the instances WITH the instances. It DOES Have a listing of EVERY weapon in WoW. For no good reason.
My biggest beef was that the layout had no rhyme or reason. Quests were given in alphabetical order, rather than in the chains they appear in.
They should offer this product as a database as well as a book. They had to make one anyway to make the book, and it would be better than the paper version.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Ehhhh, the maps are handy but...
This is a very general guidebook. It summarizes the interface changes nice, clearly lays out the new reputations and factions in Outland and also has some handy maps of the different areas in outland. There are also pretty decent walk-throughs of the first four instances.

I'd say that makes up about 15% of the book.

The rest of the book is primarily page after page of lists: Lists of quests, lists of items, lists trade skills. Unfortunately these lists are all flawed. The 15 pages listing quests in the various zones are not organized in any way: not by quest-giver, not by sequence, not even alphabetically. The item section, which takes up a good 1/3 of the book, is also incomplete as it doesn't list stats just special effects.

If you are a wow-player who has played long enough to get to the outlands, you probably are well aware of the guides and references available online and will be in no need of this book.

If you haven't played for the last year you might find this handy for a day or so just to get yourself up to date.

So all in all I'd have to say stick with the internet for your wow needs.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - What you are looking for.
Anyone that is familiar with the Brady Games line of guides knows that they are one of the better guide making companies. You can expect a thorough listing of all stats, spells, abilities etc. The maps are pretty comprehensive and give detailed information about what you might be looking for. I recommend these guides for anyone who might need a helping hand.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Nothing here that is worth the price
This guide stinks, and I don't like it.

Trade items - it only lists the mats, not what they do or stats. Better off using a mod
Armor and weapons section - it doesn't list stats on any of these. Better off using a mod to get this information.
Maps - too small, but at least somewhat useful
Quests - many mistakes; not sorted in any order that makes sense. Very hard to use this situation. It would have been nice if they had been sorted somehow - alphabetical order, grouped by quest chains, grouped by quest giver location, anything.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money. There is information obtainable from thottbot, allakhazam, or wowwiki which is easier to find and more accurate.

Stay away from this.
