I've been a big puzzle game fan for many years. I first played a sampler of Jewel Quest when I bought my new computer. But the Jewel Quest 1 & 2 collector's tin I really enjoyed. In both games the player has to unlock the secrets of ancient South American and African cvilizations. In order to do so the player has to solve the various puzzles of an ancient jewel box by matching various jewels and artifacts. The trick is the player has a limited amount of time to do so (so no dawdling). The real problem I had with the game is that some of the jewels and artifacts that had to be matched up were in some (awkward) hard to reach spaces. That can drive a player with even a saint's patience to let out some bad words! There's even a mode in the game which allows one to play with people all over the world if one has got an internet hook up. So overall if you're a person who likes solving puzzles in a limited amount of time I strongly recommend the Jewel Quest 1 & 2 collectors tin. You'l save some cash as you'll buy 2 games in one fell swoop and get a nifty tin box while you're at it.
