I am 59+ and in pretty good shape, working out 2-3 times a week at the gym. While the Wii Fit will not replace the gym it is adding exercises to my routine that I don't do at the gym. The balance games are my favorites and I can really get my heart pumping doing the hula-hoop. The step aerobics are kind of boring only because I have done them at the gym for years. I have done yoga in the past also but find it challenging to keep the red dot still. All in all I am very happy with the Wii Fit. I can't wait to get home in the evening and try to better my scores from the previous day. There are enough different activities that I don't get bored. It's better than anything on TV right now and no commercials!
