I received a refurbished 8310 from ATT and the trackball barely moved. Instead of sending it back and waiting for a new one, I wanted to find a replacement trackball. Most sites had them for $20 - $60. Then I found this one on Amazon. I figured it was only $10 in case I got burned. But WirelessFinest came through! The trackball looks and feels brand new and it was delivered in 2 days! Highly recommended.

I researched having my trackball replaced in NYC and it was about $100. The other alternative was buying a new blackberry $200+.
It is so easy to remove the old trackball and replace with this part; literally two pieces. It is like having a new phone.

I needed a replacement trackball unit for my blackberry pearl (despite my best efforts to clean it the ball still was having trouble). I was glad to see someone selling a replacement unit. The unit arrived quickly and completely assembled. I just had to pop the old one out and snap the new one in (these instructions are located all over the net, just google it and you'll get plenty of instructions). I would recomend this to anyone with a problem trackball on their blackberry (which means almost everyone with a trackball on their blackberry).
