Unless you have some serious sentiment with the original NES, this is a wonderful substitute! It comes with everything you need to play your favorite cartidges right out of the box... except of course a TV and electricity. I can only say that my hindsight is 20/20 and if I could do it again, I'd get a dual-console system. All-in-all though, I am very pleased with this product!
