The license agreement works out great for our house. We were able to put the software onto both the laptop and the desktop machine. (The license allows for use on 3 home machines.) Excel, Power Point and Word are the foundation packages. One Note is a great homework tool bonus.

The MS Office suite upgrade is a required package in order to provide access to previously created files. To date I have had no problems with the upgrade.
