not only is this game great, but the deluxe edition is EVEN BETTER.
first, you get a soundtrack disc, and this game has some of the most beautiful music i've ever heard, much less on a video game.
you also get a fairly nice watch, a necklace with a ring on it, a deck of cards, and probably something else i'm forgeting.
as for the game, this is a game for those of you looking for an rpg with strategy AND story. this doesn't usually happen (ff tactics was great, but the story lacks). the story in this game is thrown at you at all times, even in battle. the graphics aren't drop dead gorgeous, but they suit the game just fine. the gameplay is great, very interactive, but i would have liked to be able to walk around the towns...
either way, a work of art, and a must have for rpg fans.
