Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - If only I had a better graphics card...
It's an awesome game. That just about sums it up. The game is entirely non-linear, and you have the whole world open to you at the game's outset. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what type of gamer you are. My advice: familiarize yourself with the Morrowind Wikia site. It has outlines of every quest you could ever encounter in the game, and step-by-step solutions. Trust me, when you're traveling from what city to another, trying to find a person whose name you could never in your wildest dreams pronounce... well, you get the picture.

Speaking of the picture... The graphics are very cool as well, provided you have a good graphics card. Good news to people like me: It will run if you have "Intel Integrated graphics", aka a stock, built-in, non-GeForce, non-Radeon graphics card. Note: it will RUN. It will not be entirely pretty all of the time. That said, I haven't had any framerate issues, witnessed any horrible glitches, or anything of the like.

All in all, good times, good price, and great shipping time. I love how Amazon.com shipments arrive a day or two before they say it will, don't you?

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Befroe Oblivion there was Morrowind
Does your PC lack the gurth to play Oblivion? Then try the Game that set the bar for RPG's to come. Very Addicting with an unlimited amount of game play.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - still great!
This game was made 5 years ago and it's still one of the best rpgs out there. I would say arguably better than oblivion in some aspects.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Morrowind
I had played The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind quite a while ago on a friends Xbox and to be honest I was not really impressed by the game the first time I played it. The gameplay seemed boring and drab, and the story just seemed like an endless array of pointless quests. However, after playing the outstanding Elder Scrolls: Oblivion on that same friends PC, I started to think about the previous venture into the world of The Elder Scrolls and wondered if I had given that game a fighting chance. After much deliberation, I decided to purchase the game (and its two expansions) for my laptop. I was worried that such a huge game would really tax my computer's gaming power, but the game is just old enough (or is it maybe the graphics are just crappy enough) that the game played smooth without any problems. It was after all of this that I realized that I made a huge mistake with this game. Morrowind swept me away into another world, full of gods, demons, heroes, fantasy and nasty villains where anything seems possible. Sure the graphics may not be on par with Oblivion, but to be honest I think the story is even better! I found myself spending hours, days, and weeks questing and exploring this seemingly endless world uncovering the deep and occasionally very dark secrets of Morrowind's vast history that spans thousands of years. Playing this game is like going on an adventure each time you start, and there seems to always be new and fun surprises! I must be completely honest with you, that...well...I cheated on this game...a lot. For such a vast world that needs lots and lots and LOTS of exploration why would they start you off so weak and make you run sooo darn slow??? Enter the mighty console (thank Lord Vivec!). Despite how great this game is...it still has many, many flaws. Not just graphically (clipping can be a little weird) but with gameplay. Sometimes the gameplay can get a little repetitive, a simple hack and slash motion every time you attack seems like the developers could have put a little more time and thought into the combat...but what do I know. Probably my biggest gripe begins with two words CLIFF RACERS; the name alone makes me want to kill someone. Of all the games flaws, putting these obnoxious, annoying, utterly pointless creatures in the game for almost constant interruption is simply unneeded. I have looked for mods on several occasions that would remove those gosh darn creatures from the game, but have had no luck. I've learned to just live with them and their shrieks that make you want to commit suicide (just kidding of course). Anyways, Morrowind is a truly great game and the expansions only get better and more interesting, ending with the triumphant Bloodmoon, which I personally think is the best of the Morrowind games (and the most polished and fun to play). I overlooked a truly great game but redeemed myself by purchasing it for my pc. Morrowind is an epic and amazing adventure game that I hope hasn't been too quickly forgotten amongst this new era of games.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome
