I've already called you guys about this purchase ... NOTHING in all of the searchable info on Amazon said this product only worked on the old Mac OS9 operating system and NOT on new Macs (OSX). I think the manufacturer's lack of providing information was intentional. Your (i.e., Amazon's) representative I last talked to (about 2 weeks ago) offered to give me a full credit on my VISA card for this purchase. I am yet to see that credit on my card ... What's up, guys ... it's only 6 bucks!!??!!
