Enemy vehicles include panzer and tiger tanks, trucks, motorcycles with sidecars, and armored railway scout cars. There are also player-driven motorized railcars, trains, and mine carts.
An improved enemy AI requires you to consistently vary your attack strategy as the situation dictates. Go it alone to accomplish your mission with the utmost stealth or work as part of a highly trained military unit to wreak havoc on the enemy. The game offers intense noncombat scenarios as well, such as a disguised, weaponless infiltration of an officer's pub brimming with Gestapo to make contact with a Dutch Resistance operative. Medal of Honor: Frontline includes more than 70 minutes of original orchestral music from composer Michael Giacchino, and the game as a whole features eight times more audio than the original Medal of Honor.

Rating: - Medal of Honor at It's best!
Man, is this a seriously fun game! It is arguably the finest WW2 shooter game I've ever played, and it reincorporates so many key elements from the original Medal of Honor, the 'grandfather of all WW2 games!' The levels are challenging, the weapons are realistic, the objectives are relatively simple, and the graphics are considerably good, in comparison to Medal of Honor Rising Sun. If you want to play a truly wicked shooter game that will actualyl challenge you, play Medal of Honor Frontline! I've been playing it for almost a year now, and I'm still only halfway through the game!

I just wanted to add that being Jewish, I love being able to sit there mowing down Nazis. I've actually only played the free playable demo I got on a Playstation Magazine sampler back in '02. It takes you right to that French or German street where you can hop on the Jeep and start firing that mounted machine gun. I rented the real game but had major trouble getting off the beach on D-Day. Let me tell you though, as a Jew, it's a sweet, sweet fantasy to blow away Krauts all day long.

This game really makes you feel like you are in the great war. The sounds are great, graphics are good, and the controls are good too. I wished I got the PC version instead though since I like to aim with the mouse more than the controller.

For a game thats about 5 years old this holds up really well. Starting off at D-Day on the beaches the game effectively recreates the beginning of "Saving Private Ryan" in marvellous detail. This opening part is frustratingly difficult and you will have to play it quite a few times to find where the 4 men are you are trying to cover for.
After that its a really good mixture, with battles in all scenarios, on Trains, in Submarines, on the Street, in Towns. As Patterson you will collect a variety of weaponary from Colt 45 to Sniper Rifle (with excellent trelscopic lense), Machine Gun, Shotgun, Grenades and a few others I've probably forgotten.
I've played it through to the end on 'Normal' and found it to be really addictive. If you use the 'Easy' level the game is pretty simple as you can take a large number of hits before you die. Try it on 'hard' and you will find the very very difficult. In this mode you get very little recovery between missions and you have to rely on finding a lot of medical kits or just being very clever.

If you love spending hours to complete a mission only to be killed just before completing it, then having to go through the mission again, and again, and again, you'll love this game. I didn't. Some levels were easy, but others got ridiculous. I hate games without save points within missions. I've also decided I don't like first person shooters. Most of all, I don't like Torture, and that's what this game became. I did, however, enjoy Medal of Honor: Rising Sun. It had save points.
