Product Description:
Follow Spy Fox as he travels the earth and into space in pursuit of the poodle menace.

Amazon.com Review:
SPY Fox is out to save the world again in his latest thriller, Operation Ozone. In this episode, the iniquitous Poodles Galore has launched a giant can of hairspray into space, and the aerosol is slowly blasting away at the ozone layer. Unless SPY Fox can outwit Poodles, the citizens of the world will be forced to buy Poodles's super-powerful SPF 2001 sunscreen to protect themselves from the ravaging sun.

Anyone who loves SPY Fox games won't be disappointed. The meat of the mission is to collect the ingredients for a Congeal Pill that will put a literal stop to Poodles's hairspray space satellite. To accomplish this, SPY Fox travels all over the world and meets up with an amusing and witty cast of characters. You'll notice here the thoughtfulness that went into creating the game. From Bobby Llama, a Marlon Brando-esque recluse à la Apocalypse Now, to Roger Boar, an undercover agent with a penchant for new hairstyles, the characters are nothing short on character.

And, of course, SPY Fox comes armed with a double-breasted jacket full of spy gadgets to help him outwit Poodles and her goons. The most charming include the Sticky Stun Bun, which explodes caramel and nuts all over enemies, congealing them into one tasty mess. Other favorites include the Grappling Granny, Spy Mint, and Canned Laughter.

Gameplay is slightly complex, but it's nice to see a game that actually challenges kids to think, instead of hand-feeding solutions. Operation Ozone requires that kids pay attention, as clues are dropped left and right that will be of use later in the game, and strong logic skills are certainly an asset. We only got slightly frustrated by the exactness expected in clicking. If you're trying to use a spy gadget, you must move that gadget to exactly the right place or SPY Fox will tell you that's not the right tool for the task.

However, that quibble aside, this is a SPY Fox game not to be missed. In fact, you'll probably be disappointed when you finally finish the mission. But don't fret, there are multiple mini-missions and endings within the game, encouraging replay. In fact, it's so entertaining that parents--and older kids--might even find themselves playing along as well. (Ages 5 to 8) --Ara Jane Olufson

Amazon.com Product Description:
In SPY Fox: Operation Ozone, Poodles Galore, the Queen of Cosmetics, has blasted an enormous hairspray space station into orbit and set it off. The constant stream of hairspray threatens to deplete the entire ozone layer within a matter of hours, leaving the planet at the mercy of the ravaging sun. You must help SPY Foxstop this criminal insanity and save the earth. Otherwise the world will have no choice but to buy Poodles' super sunblock SPF 2001, the only sunblock with a sun protection factor strong enough to block the onslaught of the unfiltered sun.

SPY Fox is a supersmooth secret agent who always looks sharp in his white tuxedo, and always has something witty to say. In this, his latest adventure, he uses an array of special spy gadgets dispensed from Professor Quack's spy gadget vending machine. Gadgets include the Sticky Stun Bun, a stunner but with more caramel and nuts, and Canned Laughter, which causesan immediate Laugh Riot. The colorful cast includes archvillainess Poodles Galore, an unsatisfied, power-craving cosmetics queen; Trudy Fruit, a dedicated student working towards her Ph.D. in Gumotology; and Bobby Llama the Donut Guru, an ex-baker who has gone to the desert to find the ultimate meaning of the donut hole.

Talk balloons are provided to enable SPY Fox to question others and find clues to help them solve puzzles. Every character is a potential informantand talk balloons may be used numerous times to access additionalinformation about each character. The 11 original songs included on the CD-ROM can be played on a computer or audio CD player. Music tracks include SPY favorites such as "Live and Let Fry" and "View to a Dill."

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - I don't know what they're talking about, this is freaky!
Hello, I am Russian Blue Witch, a child only slightly over the age range. I played this game and it was hideous! The game play was great, and it was pretty fun, but on the first cut scene they had stuff burn up right before people's eyes and whole oceans dry right up! And meanwhile all Poodles Galore (What was her mother THINKING when she named her?) just laughs her head off, and all Spy Fox (His mother has problems too!)can do is make the lamest puns in world history. I mean, seriously, this was too freaky for ME! AND I'M HIGHER THAN THE AGE RANGE! Okay, I have an active imagination (I am scared silly by two girl scout songs, Found a Peanut and Sharks), so I guess you have to decide for yourself whether or not to take my word for it. But it only gets worse, with Poodles sending innocent folks to their death and doom just for the money! Also, apparently the guys at Humongous are afraid of lawsuits, making Spy Fox stop in the middle of saving the world just to explain that in real life you should never put your feet in a toaster. I don't think they should have done that in the first place!

Another thing to get annoyed with is that in this game, some of the problems have to be solved by spy gadgets you can only get at command center. This is okay except for the fact you need to keep going back for more gadgets, and, unless you've played before, you don't know what gadgets you'll need until you need them. Also, Spy Fox is just as cruel as Poodles, sticking innocent (Okay, not so innocent) henchmen to the ceiling for (According to Professor Quack) days!

For anyone interested, I asked Plato Pushpin about why on earth the Congeo pill worked, but I had to make a quick exit to save my brain from melting.

I highly recommend you don't buy this unless you have a tough kid and can get it for cheep.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Spyfox Dry Cereal
I am 7 years old and I love Spyfox Dry Cereal because I like detective games and I like solving mysteries. This my first spyfox game and it is great. You start at the greek island and go on some mystery solving adventures. The game has 2 parts. Part one is in the city and part 2 takes you to the secret lab. You have to solve the mysteries by getting clues and using spy gadgets. You have to find things, you have to figure out ways to do things, and you have to be sneaky and quick. If you like detective games you will like spyfox. My mom just ordered a new spyfox game for me, Spyfox Ozone.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Love the multiple endings
My boys and I really enjoy this game. It has four different combinations to solve the game and it took us a bit to realize we could catch the evil villian at the end. It does kick us out every once in awhile (not sure if its the computer - it's kinda old), so we've learned to save our game as we go. Great tool to learn to listen!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - My Grandaughter loved this game
My granddaughter loved this game. She is 5 and played it at least a half dozen times while visiting. She thought the game was just challenging enough for her.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Even Good For The Young
My son isn't quite 4 years old and loves this game! Of course mommy has to help him but after finishing the game together a few times, he was off and at 'em on his own. All the Humungeous games are great and I highly recommend them :)
