Rating: - Boring
Im a big fan of mario games and I really hate to do this but this game was stupid it had no challenging actions the enemys don't even beat you you can walk through them or you can beat them. It just envolves tons of boring reading clues just to search for mario and I remember the end the boss was so incredibly easy to beat he can't beat you but you can beat him. I rented this game along long time ago when super NES was a big hit. If you want a really good fun addictive mario game with reading clues too get SUPER MARIO RPG LEGEND OF THE SEVEN STARS it's fun and has alot of hidden clues and very challenging.

This game is one of the few that makes you think and learn while having a fun time! I would definitly recommend this to anyone who is a fan of mario!
Rating: - cool game fun & all but some problems
i rented this game out one time because it looked fun. you know, you have to find mario and save him. as soon as it showed the part where mario dissapears, it takes you to a dungeon with around 5 or 6 doors. you can go in them in any order. whenever you go in it, you come out of a pipe and you are in a city. when you come off the pipe there is one of those things that yoshi eats on the pipe so you cant go back in the dungeon until you get yoshi. this game also teaches you some stuff in each place you go too. the golden gate bridge, the eiffel tower, etc.
the only dissapointing thing about this game is you cant get hurt! its (and i really mean it) physically impossible to lose! sure its cool you cant die, but it takes all the fun out of it. you need a challenge instead of just winning. however there is a slight challenge. in the city, there is nowhere to go mainly, it all *leads* to a dead end. there are those paratroopa things running around and on some of them if you step on it theyll drop something but i dont want to spoil it. but i gotta tell you this part about the paratroopas and all is CHALLENGING!!!
if you are thinking of buying this game, its ok so make sure you dont spend too much on it
Rating: - Try Thinking!
Mario is Missing is a great game. It does lack an amount of challenge in the way of other Mario games, however it is intellectually stimulating. If you are unlike most people and like to actually do a little bit of learning, buy this game.
Rating: - Worst Mario game ever.
I fortunately rented this game for the good old SNES a couple of years ago, and it really surprised me in a very negative way. The positive thing is, that it is original in ertain way, because it is very different from previous Mario games, but that positive thing has translated in very boring gameplay. There's just no action, no nice side scrolling, you're just searching around in this game, but there just isn't any fun. This Mario game really misses the so called Nintendo magic, and besides that it's just plain boring, and frustating after some hours. Not only doesn't it feel like a real Mario game, this game also excels in nothing, it is not worth playing, and if you were ever considering buying this, I strongly recommend that you try it first so that you can see how much this game lacks fun.
