Rating: - IT'S ALRIGHT FOR A PLATFORMER 7.25 OUT OF 10
When I played this game I didn't think it sucked, and overall thought of it as an okay platformer. You play as Spiderman and the X-Men and your goal is to defeat some guy who's trying to take over the world and destroy them. The story is incoherent after that unfortunately. The graphics look great for a 2D game and the environments are wonderfully detailed. The character designs and enemy designs are great as well, and have a cartoony feel to them. The gameplay works fine most of the time, and really isn't a hassle. The flaws with this game are the sticky platforming obstacles which are difficult to figure out at times, the story sucks, the enemies are hard to kill sometimes when something is blocks them and the missions feel a little dull and repetitive. I didn't have a bad time playing this game, but it all depends; How much do you like Spiderman and the X-Men to buy this game or play it?
Rating: - So, far the worst spidey game ever made
This game is so hard i can't even get past Gambit's level even if my life depended on it, but the best part of this game is that you get to play Spider-Man and three X-men Characters, Like Cyclops, Gambit & Storm. This is one of the fewest game that you get to play Gambit in. This is an okay game, But if you like really hard games this one is for you.

This is takes horrible to a new level! On a 1-5 scale I give it a -9999999. The graphics are bad, spiderman's and everyone else's moves are limited, the sound effects are....(lets not even go there) and the game is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. You would get frustrated, you would be ripping your hair out......... basically your life will get miserable. You will keep loosing no matter how hard you try. Even if you use a game genie. WHO THE HELL DESIGNED THIS VIDEO GAME? I WOULD LOVE TO KNOCK THEM OUT!!!!!!!!!

Spidey's new adventure on the S-NES was a very good gamewith an exciting plot and they remebered his Spidey sense too! But the X-Men were a bad touch. It could had been more exciting by taking them out and putting in Venom, Doc Ock, Carnage,The Lizard, The Green Goblin, Scream, and Shocker.
