Rating: - Great accessory for the original Sega Genesis
This cable was designed for the earlier version of the Sega Genesis which puts out a mono audio signal, but what a difference in the video over the RF cable that came with the system. If you have a standard CRT television that supports an A/V connection, you won't regret buying the monitor cable. If you happen to come across a pair of Radio Shack Amplified Speakers they can be plugged into the headphone jack of your Genesis for awesome stereo sound.

It's really nice and luxurious considering that for the longest time, I only had an RF cable. Now with AV outlets being used more, this allows me to enjoy my old school games from my childhood. I wish I had had one when it came out.
