Product Description: The Original Sudoku Calendar is on the up-and-up. Because these puzzles, printed in lively full color, are simply the best you'll find anywhere. From Nikoli, the Japanese publisher that invented Sudoku, they are completely handmade—which means every puzzle is like a mind game between you and its creator. Nikoli's grids have an elegance that computer-generated puzzles don't; they strike the perfect balance of challenge and solvability. The calendar features easy puzzles each weekend, with progressively more difficult ones over the course of the week.

This is addictive. I enjoy playing it. I an working on it during my lunch. It is fun.

Wow! These are beautiful in a way I didn't know Sudoku could be. The 1st page points out that they are individually designed - not random computer generation - so the numbers you begin with form a flowing pattern across the grid. They're very lovely. Also. this set is better because each heavy paper page is separate from the others, no ripping off from the top. Too, for M-F, the # boxes are fairly large (this set is bigger by an inch or more than regular page-a-day calendars). Sat and Sun are squeezed onto one page. Lastly, They run in order from easiest to hardest over the course of the week, just like in newspapers. Enjoy!

I can't get enough Sudoku! This sits next to my table and is part of my morning routine. Many of the books in stores are too simple, but this has a few very simple ones (Saturdays and Sundays), easy ones (Mondays and Tuesdays), tougher ones (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and one challenging one a week on Fridays. Just right!
It is not a book, but a page-a-day calendar, where you work the puzzle and then move it to the back of the stack. I am wondering if you can buy refills, since the plastic holder/stand is reusable.

Nice colorfull layout easy to work with, self contained. The levels are not that difficult just enough to keep the fun in it.

Second year with sudoku page-a-day calendar. Absolutely love it. I do it every day--even bought one for a friend. Well worth the price.
